DEI and Inclusivity Campaign

This is a campaign that has left an indelible mark on my mind and soul. It started when HDFC ERGO approached us with a brief to showcase their DEI initiatives for employer branding.
We soon realised that as an industry leader in these practises - HDFC Ergo could do more than a just talk. It could help peers walk.

For Love All - we created India's first film for people with visual disabilities, the world's first open source platform for organisational DEI, a card game that made inclusivity more approachable
Personally I learned a bunch like how to print Braille, and a smittering of Indian Sign Language.

If you ask me what kind of work I'd like to do more of, I would - without hesitation point to this.
